Kaleigh is a registered dietitian, writer and recipe developer who is passionate about making healthy living fun and accessible to everyone.
Born and raised in Texas, Kaleigh grew up in in the kitchen with a huge extended family where many of her childhood memories revolved around learning to cook. Always a book nerd, she became interested in nutrition as a preteen when her mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, and followed her passion all the way to her master's degree in nutrition to become an RD. She believes in a non-diet approach to healthy eating and strives to help clients develop a positive relationship with food.
As a food blogger, Kaleigh loves to create recipes that nourish the body, mind and soul and that are as easy to make as they are delicious. She strongly believes that good food is meant to be shared with others and that eating healthy should be simple and enjoyable.
When she's not in the kitchen, Kaleigh can be found hanging out with her husband and 3 brittany spaniels. She is especially fond of good wine, yoga and beaches.
