Maria Covarrubias

Maria grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico and she is now the resident chef at the Chosen Foods headquarters in San Diego. With a degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley and a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition, Maria is an all around culinary genius. She loves to whip up healthy, delicious food using fresh, seasonal ingredients. When she is not in the kitchen you might find her working out with a group down by the bay or scuba diving down in Mexico.
