Sara is the nutrition coach and blogger of Barbell Kitchen where she works with clients to optimize their performance by dialing in their nutrition. She works with three types of clients, those looking to lose body fat, maintain and see athletic performance gains, and build muscle.
Sara co-owns and operates House of CrossFit in Carlsbad, CA. She has two young children and is married to a combat-injured Marine Corps Veteran, whom she proudly supports.
She believes each person can accomplish their fitness goals, and she wants to help take them there and beyond. She doesn’t sugar coat or make false promises, simply believes in people often times more than they believe in themselves.
