Shanna is a self taught cook, baker, food stylist, food blogger and photographer. She believes in high quality ingredients in her recipes as close to the source as possible.
Her food philosophy is that organics and Non-Gmos are best, animals should always be humanely and sustainably raised, produce should be sustainably farmed, and she supports local farmers as much as possible.
High quality foods taste best and she believes that life is too short to not always eat the best quality food you can get. Health is the most important thing to her and her family and she believes that it starts with high quality food.
Shanna resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband, two young daughters and two rescue dogs. When she isn’t busy in her kitchen or photography studio she is at the gym, playing tennis, hiking with her family and dogs and vacationing to Hawaii as often as possible.
