This past week, we had some special foodie friends in town for a little San Diego vacation. We treated them to a very insta-worthy dinner party at our headquarters here in San Diego. It was pretty epic.
We chose more feminine decor as the guest list was primarily women. Think pink and gold color scheme, himalayan salt crystal candle holders, palm fronds and gorgeous florals.

We gifted every guest with a personal flower crown from Huntress, a nearby flower shop, and avocado pins from Etsy.
Salad was a mango and avocado combo with pickled shallot.
We offered guests red and white wine along with some rosé and high alcohol kombucha from a local San Diego brand, Boochcraft.
The main entree was Scottish salmon atop purple cauliflower puree served with a micro arugula, quinoa and grapefruit salad.

Each guest also received a canvas tote full of goodies along with a personalized bag of granola made by our in-house chef.
Maria did a fabulous job highlighting Chosen Foods products in every single dish.
Dessert was a chocolate avocado tart with a vegan peanut butter crust. YUM.
It’s not a party without a fun banner for photo ops.
